Another ancient Goddess figure has been discovered in Germany. I ALWAYS consider this to be BIG news, so I'm sharing it with all of you!

Proof that ancient man worshiped a woman is one of my true joys, and I hope you all will take a quick moment to share this story with friends. A link to the Yahoo News store is on the Goddess.com homepage. Just click on the Goddess.com tab above to view it. You can also see the 4 photos of this little goddess on my profile.

Beltane

A four day gathering in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of southern Missouri. Hosted by Wolvenwold, a 160 plus acre retreat of pristine wilderness. All paths or no path are welcome and skyclad is totally allowed. Come give praise to the Lord and Lady in nightly ritual. Dance around the sacred bonfire to the beat of tribal drums. Sit in on daily workshops or shop the various vendors . Enjoy the music of pagan entertainers. Hike the many trails or just frolic in the forest like woodland nympths. Adu… Continue

new

I just joined today and am excited to meet new goddesses and learn some new things. MY friends and i have goddess parties to celebrate the solstice. We discuss many things and support each other in our beliefs.A lot of people donot understand, and often make fun. We dont let that stop us and hopefully we can continue for a long while.

Theory: sexual morality stem from genetic wisdom....

Still on a kick about the The Cosmic Serpent by Jeremy Narby, a book about ethnobotany in the Amazon and a possible link between genetics and shamansim, I think I might understand some reason for morals about sexuality, particularly homosexuality and male dominence.

If the "cosmic serpents" are the streams of consciousness of our DNA, and the DNA (present… Continue

Here and There

Hey everyone!

Just popping in, I hope you all are doing well!

Where has the time gone? This year flew by. It's hard to believe the holidays are already around the corner.

I finally graduated out of my program with a Bachelor's of Applied Sciences in Ecotourism and Outdoor Leadership. A mouthful, I know ;)

I have been looking for jobs overseas, hoping to get some travelling in. As a graduation present to myself I even went to Japan to visit some friends for a month this summer. It was the mos… Continue

A tale of the spirt wolf

He was called to get some for items for his shop in another town. Travel at time was limited to walking and at night unsafe. He had to fulfull the requests of his customers and so time was of the essence. The trail to the other town would be one little traveled but was the fastest. He left after closing his… Continue
